I always love seeing Dr. Paluga and her staff during my semi annual cleanings. This trip however I was surprised to walk in and have a different hygienist work on my teeth. I have been seeing the same girl for years and I wasn’t happy with the work I had received during today’s visit by somebody else. The hygienist I had today took much longer than normal. I have never had my gums bleed as much as they did today during and after my regular cleaning. There was a lot of water, spit and toothpaste that got flung onto my glasses, clothes and neck. I wasn’t thrilled that the water that was sprayed into my mouth consistently drizzled down the side of my face and onto my blouse. I have never had issues like this before when it comes to my teeth. Unfortunately I was disappointed with today’s visit.

Excellent care and attention to detail. I had a lot of work done over the last several months ranging from a minor cavities to crowns. I always felt comfortable and everything done was 1st class. I highly recommend choosing the Gentle Dentist team in New Palestine!

I haven't been to the dentist in years and was a little nervous going and learning all the things wrong with my teeth. I chose new pal gentle dentist based on a recommendation and an in-house care plan to help save on cleanings and costs. I listed all the concerns I had (the way they looked, gum health, movement/ teeth feeling loose, cracks). Each concern was directly addressed and explained by the dentist and hygienist. I did not feel pressured to receive unnecessary treatment, and I was informed of treatment options, including low cost options. Everybody was polite and friendly, my appointment was on time, and there wasn't any waiting between the assistant, hygienist and dentist. Overall, what I liked most was being informed of all my options.

I have to take a moment to brag about the wonderful experience at Gentle Dentist. I am someone who 15% fears/85% hates going to the dentist. I would rather go to the gynecologist monthly for the rest of my life than go to the dentist. Because of this intense dread, I have neglected my routine oral checkups for quite awhile. Then I saw the billboard for Gentle Dentist of New Pal and their claims that they "Cater to cowards". I loved the bold and honest statement. So when I started experiencing jaw pain, I decided to give them a call. From that 1st conversation to my checkup today, I was treated with warmth, kindness, and compassion. Not once did I feel judged for my cowardice or neglect of my teeth. They took absolute wonderful care of me and I truly appreciate it! I highly recommend Gentle Dentist!!!
