My husband went here to get his wisdom teeth extracted in several appointments. It did not matter how early he showed up, he would be waiting a FULL hour before being seen with each visit. He was told with his insurance before his procedure that all would be covered, and was even supposed to be reimbursed some money but the office completely mishandled the insurance and billing and we received bills we should not have had gotten because no one contacted his insurance like they were supposed to. We talked to the insurance company and the dentist office and we STILL continue to receive the bill. We are just paying it to get it out of our hair but I do NOT recommend this dentist at all.

Secretary was nice, dentist assistant Amber was terrible. Had a terrible attitude looked annoyed and frustrated the whole time we were there. Making us worry even more. I (the mom) never even saw or spoke with the dentist after my son’s procedure. I got very vague instructions. My son got 3 very strong medicines all different and I called the clinic for instructions on which one to take first or if he needed to take all together and I never got a call back. I had to call again this morning and finally got an answer. This is ridiculous that I had to call the following day to get instructions on which one to take first or how. Would not recommend. People please call around and make sure that you can at least meet the dentist that’s doing the procedure on your kids. And hopefully you get a nice dentist assistant that you feel comfortable enough to ask questions and not give you attitude and is rude to you in front of other clients.

Dr. Moll was so sweet! All the staff there are so nice and professional. The only issue I've had is how long it takes to get in sometimes, but that seems to be with all dentists and doctors. Highly recommended!

My wisdom teeth surgery went well. The staff did well with giving me the IV after I told them I get nauseous and dizzy from it. My first few day of recovery was tough (not their fault obviously) and they made it clear that I could go back if needed. The second day of recovery I had immense pain and couldn’t eat or sleep well. I was told not to syringe until the third day of recovery so waited till then. By then the pain was the worst thing I’ve experienced and I’ve had rhinoplasty for medical reasons a few years back. By the fourth day, I decided to call them and was told to come in. I waited a long time (which I expected to wait long as I did not have an appointment), but by the time I got back the pain was unbearable I was in tears. The lady that took me back was rude when I asked if I could bring my mother back as I wanted there for comfort. She snapped and said that we were doing x-rays so she couldn’t. As someone who has extremely bad anxiety, low on sleep and in a great deal of pain, I understand it was hard to have me calm, but she was not nice about it. She also made me feel very stupid for not being able to flush my wisdom teeth areas well when I had tried and had little success. I was relieved when the doctor came in with a different lady to assist him. That lady even blotted my eyes when the doctor numbed me. They were nice about me coming in and thanked me. I was glad my visit ended well, but I pray I do not have to go back because I really did not enjoy my visit overall.

My sister was scheduled to have wisdom teeth removed here, but they were willing to do oral surgery without anesthesia due to her weight. I weighed more than she does when I had to have mine removed, and went to an oral surgeon for removal. It can cause complications, but not in otherwise healthy people. I recommend looking elsewhere for services. I’m glad that we ended up dodging this bullet. If you’re willing to just take the money without proper procedures, at the expense of the patient, that’s not appropriate healthcare.

I have a problem going to the dentist because of a childhood experience.
When I am here I feel welcome and comfortable.
I have been going here for several years and I am relaxed and confident in their ability to take care of all of my dental needs. They educate not belittle the patients.

My extractions had to be rescheduled due to an oversight with scheduling done through the Michigan City office. But the new appointment was scheduled for me very quickly (next week) and Crystal went above and beyond to make that happen! I did have a consultation with Dr Hearn about the procedure and what my out of pocket costs would be…and I was pleasantly surprised that it was much lower cost than I thought it would be. I left a satisfied client!

Dr. Adams is hands down the best Dentist I've ever seen! He makes honest recommendations for work to be done and prides himself on protecting your teeth for your lifetime. I have been his loyal patient of 20 years and am proud to say I know I can trust him with even my children's dental needs as well. Definitely would recommend!

Dr Garza reviewed me . At my first teeth cleaning appointment. It had been several years because of COVID and my self procrastination after moving . I new I had problems. But Dr Garza pretty much dump the diagnosis on the next appointment. Instead of preparing them for my conditions. I had a tooth that needed pulling . But she put on the report that I was coming in for fillings . I almost threw a whole days of work away because of her incompetence.

He made a exception because I was working out of town and I was in pain and pulled my tooth .
Dr . Hernandez was exceptional.

My daughter just had her braces taken off come to find out she needed her wisdom teeth pulled, so it was very urgent. She had them removed immediately because it was shifting her teeth. We set the appointment and then two days later they called and rescheduled for 2 1/2 almost 3 months out then a month into it. They called and try to set her appointment all the way out to June which makes it over six months total. We have already found somebody else that is going to do the surgery first time they go in to see him with no extra visit. Thanks Valpo family dentistry. 0 stars
