The staff was always nice and what I perceived as helpful. However, I feel that many unnecessary procedures were done. Practically the entire top row of teeth are ruined: sensitive and irritated.
As other reviewers have stated, money is the priority. Not patient care. We trust your expertise, but are betrayed when money comes into play. My wife and I will never go here again and have done nothing, but recommend the same to others.

Look elsewhere for a reliable and honest dentist. My husband and I and our children used Life Smiles for several years. We were both told at separate times that we needed to have deep gum cleaning and that there was nothing we could do to save our gums short of this treatment. I found Dr. K. to be very officious and when I questioned a treatment plan he basically told me it was his way or no way. On another occasion he told me I needed to have my two front teeth replaced with crowns and again...there was no other alternative. I decided to seek a second opinion and didn't tell the new dentist about the recommendation and she told me that my chipped filling could be replaced....no crowns needed! I've been living happily with my replaced filling for a couple of years now and wouldn't return to Dr. K. if someone paid me. Also, they routinely assigned me to a hygienist who took FOREVER to complete my cleanings. I am in and out of my new dental office in about half the time.

This is the second time I have used Dental Care of Ind. For my denture needs. This office is fully staffed with friendly knowledgeable individuals who are prepared to walk you through the processes you need to complete to make sure your happy with your end product. The Insurance women is very experienced, In her area of expertise and she knows exactly what she needs inquire from you as well as what she need to request from your Ins. Provider. After she has completed her initial inquisition she then will explain the final informed informations criteria to you and answer any remaining questions you might have.

Soooo sloooow. They x-rayed my teeth immediately then took 30 minutes to check the gums. Waited for another hour to have my teeth examined for 5 minutes by the dentist. Took 3 hours altogether. Plus expensive.
Service was fine. But they need to staff more people or something.

Dr. Lenos is amazing he did everything that he could to make sure I wasnt in pain and his staff was very helpful and kind. Going to the dentist is one of the things I dread but they made my experience comforting. Thank you to Dr. Lenos and his staff you are all amazing

I had a checkup and cleaning recently. The staff and hygienist were friendly. Dr Krueger took a very perfunctory look at my xrays and teeth and came up with a treatment plan that included four crowns and multiple fillings. Procedures for more than $3000 total. I doubt any of this work is really necessary.
When I first went to this dentist two years ago he told me I needed to completely redo a crown on a tooth that I had just gotten done by my dentist at home whose expertise I trust fully.
My husband had the same experience, Dr Krueger gave him a treatment plan for multiple thousand dollars, including a few crowns, tooth extractions and root canals. He then went to two other dentists who said none of this was necessary.
I understand there can be differences in opinions among medical professionals but this seems to be his money-making scheme. Do not go here or at least get a second opinion before you agree to any expensive procedures.

This is a friendly place. The dentist was very honest and up front. Tells you exactly what he can do and what he can't do. Gives several ways to fix situation. Totally loved the honesty!!! Highly recommend!!
