Seriously, don't go this place. They are just raping your money. I had a small problem with my partial and I let them fixed it. After repair it, it never feels good as before and I have two teeth keep hurting all them time. Especially after I eat beef. Then I went them again and they said I have to deep clean my teeth. I don't believe in them and go to my friend's recommendation, who solved my problem with only using massage stick for teeth. Also, when I went to "LIFE SMILES", they keep telling me spending like $20,000 on planting.

For me as a person with a disability. I need people to respect me. They treat you like anybody else. But it's not the same since doctor Kruger left.

I never like trying new dentists but after we moved to the area, I gave Dr. Krueger a try. Unfortunately, he barely looked at my teeth before declaring that I had 4 cavities. He had already filled two cavities the time before. I was beginning to get wary of this because I've never had that many cavities pop up in 6 months time. I went to another dentist for a second opinion today and that dentist said that I did not have any cavities at all but that Dr. Krueger was just trying to make money on me by filling all that my insurance would cover.

Also, I waited 45 minutes in the lobby at 9:30 in the morning even though I had a scheduled appointment.

I did appreciate Stephanie the hygienist though because she was really sweet and seemed genuine in her care.

I would highly recommend finding another dentist if you are considering this office.

I had cavities filled that I don’t actually believe I had. I had no pain before visiting Life Smiles now my teeth constantly throb with pain. I allowed the dentist to “fix” the top row of poorly done cavities, that Life Smiles did originally. And now not only do they throb they are sensitive to cold items. I asked for my money back so that I could go have another dentist fixed what Life Smiles messed up. The dentist called me and he said after he does his work it is the patient’s responsibility and that it’s basically my fault. Needless to say I didn’t get my money back.

Amazing and friendly staff. They were quick to get my Daughter in for an appointment and She really enjoyed it (as much as a child visiting a Dentist office that is 😎)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Dr. Kruger is unethical, rude, disrespectful, and cuts corners. Not to mention, the front desk staff is beyond rude as well. I had a tooth removed and an implant placed at this office. There was nothing but problems from the very beginning of this ordeal and years later I am still having issues with them. The initial implant that I received only lasted a couple months and it started to fall forward and become loose. After many visits BACK to Life Smiles, they agreed to re-do the implant for free, however, the tooth and pain medication would need to be paid for again out of pocket. We soon found out I would actually be paying for A LOT more. They ended up doing some bone grafting in my jaw and while this was healing I was given a fake tooth (that didn't come close to matching the rest of my teeth) that was held in place by a marilyn bridge across the bottom of my teeth. This was left on my teeth for several months and due to the glue holding it in place, it was impossible for me to floss. After the bridge was taken off, Dr. Kruger told me I was starting to show signs of tooth decay and I was accused of not taking care of my teeth. Dr. Kruger said, "you must bite into a lot of fruit because the acid is eating the enamel off your teeth." I had to purchase a prescription Previ-dent for forty-five dollars out of pocket because I "wasn't taking care of my teeth." On top of all of this, Dr. Kruger kept reminding me that my implant was the "never ending case" and he couldn't wait for it to be done and over with. I was constantly made out to be an annoyance for being in the office so much with problems related to my implant. My bone grafting had healed and my permanent tooth had arrived at the office. I had an appointment to see the fake tooth before it was placed in my mouth to be sure it matched. (since the temporary ones in the past had not) The permanent tooth didn't match at all, the dental hygienist agreed, but Dr. Kruger told me it was not possible to order another one and I would have to deal with it. All in all, I was unhappy with my results, my 2 year fiasco with them, their rude staff and lazy doctor. It has now been a year and a half since my final surgery at Life Smiles and I have constant pain in my jaw where the implant is and the tooth next to my implant is starting to chip off piece by piece. I was extremely alarmed by this situation and soon found out that in the process of my surgeries Dr. Kruger had accidentally chipped off parts of my REAL tooth next to my fake tooth, and filled the chips with "filling" used for cavities, which are now falling out. I am seeing another dentist for a second opinion this week and Life Smiles refuses to give me any of my x-rays or information regarding my implant, stating that it is their information, not mine. Honestly, this office should be shut down.

Best dentist ever and the staff is so sweet

Wish I was able to give them negative stars, horrible experience!!! Dentist is an absolute cocky prick that recommendeds all kinds of things that are not necessary after I seeked advice from another dentist because what he was telling me did not make sense or sound reasonable. They just want to suck all the money out of you & send you packing. They keep horrible records and have no idea who their patients are when they are in the chair and then want to sedate them. They left me in a chair for almost an hour without acknowledging me, I was there for oral surgery. I ended up walking out because I was very uncomfortable with the situation and the whole office. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Completed xrays and oral exam, with report of findings and detailed plan for recommended future procedures

terrible experience, dont go here. they suggested a ton of work that seemed way too invasive and unnecessary. He also commented on my list of allergies and told me I needed to go get tested to see if i was allergic specifically to penicillin, even though nothing about my visit had anything to do with penicillin. He talks a lot about nothing and wastes your time. And the hygienist definitely pulled out some gum tissue while cleaning.
