Dr. Krueger is the best dentist we’ve ever been to! His staff is outstanding! They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Both my kids have had their wisdom teeth taken out here and they were treated so great! One of the hardest things in life is finding a good dentist and we have found the best!
UPDATE: We have been coming here for quite a while now and still have the same opinion! This is the best Dental Office around! I have to go twice a year for cleanings and Nicole does the best job! I’ve also had to have ALOT of work done. They’ve let me go at my own pace and never pressured me to hurry up and get it done. They make sure your comfortable and at ease when your there. I won’t go anywhere else!

Super friendly staff. Quick and to the point with great "bedside manner" they were also in my network which saves me 100s of dollars. Thanks Life Smiles!

New Experience: I had 1 tooth extracted yesterday and I have an irrationally fear of Dentistry, but theses ladies made it as comfortable as possible. Ill admit I'm worse then a little kid when it comes to this like tooth extraction and they were more then accommodating. They actually played my favorite song for me while trying to calm me down and they got the tooth out without me completely freaking out. :) thank you Life Smiles. Would recommend 5/5. Very clean as well.

I have had pleasant experiences with them before. However, I took off work an hour early to make this appointment only to sit in the waiting room for an hour before being called back to do a simple bite adjustment (which only took 10 minutes after I was called back). A phone call stating they were running late would have saved me some money and time. The staff is all very friendly and the work they do is great. Just one small negative experience.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Ro took my X-rays and was able to schedule my cleaning that day! I am new patient and will be coming back as my primary dentist:)

They were very kind and caring. The Dr. made sure you felt as little pain as possible. Having 4 teeth removed is not a pleasant ordeal but not once did I feel like having bad teeth was wrong. They were very understanding when I let them know I am afraid of the dentist and only go when I have too. It was a good experiance even though I would rather not have been there.

So 10/16/19 was my first visit to this office. I was just going in for a routine cleaning and dental check and found out I had cavities 😬😬. It was my first time ever having cavities and they walked me through the whole process of getting them repaired and actually fixed them same day! I had absolutely no pain and the dentist and dental technician that I interacted with were so friendly and funny and made me feel completely comfortable!

Overall a fantastic experience and I'm very happy with my first visit. Definitely switching permanently to this group!

I was really nervous being a new patient, but everyone was very nice and helpful. I was seen on-time and the hygienist was super sweet. The doctor was very willing to talk me through my imaging and compiled a great treatment plan for me. I am a student at Purdue, and I would recommend this office for anyone who lives around campus. They take most insurance companies so that was a bonus!

Personal experience: I have never feel the need to write a negative review but this time my experience with this office has been really horrible.

Pros: friendly staff (I give it to them):

Cons: So much incompetence; specifically:
-Lack of knowledge about my insurance.
-Poor communications.
-I called they hang up on me onetime.
-pretty defensive.
-They seems to be out of order and absolute chaos.

-Not willing to learn about costumer insurance and how to properly claim it. I thought my insurance provider was the problem, come to find out the have not been sending the right documentation.

-After 3 weeks of back and forth, I have decided to move on to another dentist.

I hope you have a better experience.

Love it here! Nicole does an amazing job cleaning your teeth and she is very personable. She also makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Lenos took my wisdom teeth out and I had no pain and a quick recovery.

So... I started out a little annoyed because they schedule cleanings after you get your checkup/x rays so sometimes it’s not on the same day but I think that’s just how they do things around here- I’m giving five stars because they are all great. The dental technician who took my x rays was just lovely and the doctor was amazing. He took his time and explained a lot. Super nice. And then the same with the dental hygenist!! The squeezed me in for a cleaning which was much appreciated.
Found a new dentist for sure.
