The receptionist was happy and chipper to greet you. Scheduling was great and conviennent for me since done through text messaging. Appointment was scheduled soon so didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had within the medical field. The dentist started degrading and belittling me for simply asking what he wanted to do to my mouth/teeth and what the process is behind that. He instantly told me “I’m the dentist I went to dental school, you will not tell me what we can and can’t do or you can find service elsewhere.” This is all after I sat down in the dental chair only to have him tell me to open my mouth so he could look inside in the literal 10 seconds he looked in my mouth. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple cavities. (Which I’ve never had a cavity so therefore it’s logical I ask about that process and how they handle it.) after arguing with me about the rights I “don’t have” in refusing a service or a select part of his “treatment” plan. Overall I’m not sure how he has his license and I would not trust having any dental work done by this tyrant. Easily one of the rudest most unprofessional experiences ever. I’ve now seen several bad reviews taken down should this happen to this review I will be reaching out to the company this dentist works under in Chicago as well as my insurance company who recommended this office.
Also to those interest look who is reviewing this dentist. All bot accounts with no other reviews. All done the same time with the same phrasing. Directly after my poor rating. So instead of acknowledging my bad experience they’ve inflated the office rating with spam accounts. Highly recommend checking reviews on this dentist not the office itself. Simply google “reviews on dentist dr vadaddy Cedar Rapids Iowa” all 1 star reviews not produced by “guides” or bot reviews on google who are paid to inflate the star rating. On multiple other non bias platforms his office can’t cook the ratings. All is being documented and recorded for my insurance company to 1000% investigate this office. Real impressive “professional” behavior. Do research before letting these people ruin your mouth. Ive been seen by a dentist since this encounter with ZERO issues in my mouth compared to the instant work this “Doctor” said.
To the office, you may win your google review rating game your playing but I assure you title 19 will be involved and you won’t win this one. Professional curiously goes a long way, you knew I had a bad appointment and refused to rectify it now I’ll turn up the heat. Let’s see how far your antics go with insurance.
Ps remember who disrespected who and didn’t take the proper steps before trying to do a treatment plan. Doing X-rays the wrong way, changing the numbers of cavities you claimed I had in a single conversation, trying to force treatment on me and telling me I can’t refuse because your the dentist and you went to dental school. Believe me I have all the documentation I need to make this a very big mess for you, all because you couldn’t be a professional instead a tyrant. Should have fixed this when you could have simply reached out and apologized instead your ego will cost you what you love most $$$$.
