From my initial call checking if this office was in network to, most recently, helping with my husband who isn't even a patient there yet, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office. I've lived in different states and been to about 5 other dental offices. The Dental Center provides the most thorough exam I've ever had. Every single member of the staff has been wonderful to work with. I 100% recommend The Dental Center if you're the type of person that's hesitant about the dentist too. Be sure to let them know! They truly want to help and I've never been so impressed with the care provided anywhere else. Thank you for all that you all do. You are truly appreciated

As someone who is new to the the CR community looking for a new dentist was daunting. After numerous word of mouth suggestions for The Dental Center I decided to make an appt. Knowing I had some existing dental work that needed to be completed, I was apprehensive as I had a good reputation with my previous dentist and someone new was very scary. Dr. Jenna and Callan eased my fears on the first visit. Very professional and knowledgeable! They are very personable with just the right amount of humor added in to set your mind at ease. Reception was very easy to work with as well.

The dental work was fine. I don’t think they’re unprofessional in that sense but after presenting insurance they told me that my insurance wouldn’t work. Upon closer inspection they said it would work and that they just needed to file it slightly differently. I checked my credit report today and they have pushed that account to collections, after telling me it was handled. They never contacted me by email or phone to tell me that this was being sent to collections. I work for a company that processes thousands of different orders by multiple payment methods so I can understand that internal mistakes happen… but to never contact me so that I could get them what they needed or just pay it outright?… I’ll never go back again. Don’t go here if you value your credit score or your own time because now I have to spend time fixing this mess and hopefully get this off of my credit report

I have been a patient of Dr. Chris Haganman since 2005. He is by far the best dentist I have had the pleasure of going to! He has assisted with my three dental implants, which people tell me are beautiful! Also, I can't say enough in regard to his excellent staff at The Dental Center! They are so professional when it comes to cleanings and preventative dental care.
I have since retired and moved to Florida. However, when I am back in Cedar Rapids visiting family, if I have a particular dental need, I make an appointment to see him! Recently, I needed an appliance for my TMJ. Dr. Haganman went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it within my very tight time frame.
I only wish we had such quality care where I live in Florida! Thank you, Dr. Chris Haganman!

I had one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at any doctor or even business establishment . I have not had good dental hygeine. And I have high anxiety about the dentist in general. I needed to go in for two cleanings, because my teeth were in bad shape. The first few times I had been there it was a great experience . There communication was wonderful, they were non judgemental. They made sure I was comfortable. And the lady even told me not to feel bad and she was glad I was there . That I had to start my healthy teeth journey somewhere. However this morning I had made a last minute appointment yesterday to get my second cleaning. The dental hygienist started by shaming me for not brushing which I was like yea ok shes right . However, when she started the cleaning she didn't numb anything . Everytime I jumped she didn't care. At one point she hit a nerve and I about jumped off the table started . Still didn't care. In comes the doc.... DR HINGST.... this lady sat there and hard-core shamed me . She was like idk if you want to waste your time amd money if your not even going to tale care of your teeth. At that point I began to break down and cry. She was like I can't make you brush your teeth. Just humiliating me . I said well I want to be better I will take care of them , can we just do it all in one appointment. And she was like oh no this is many appointments . She went back to the idk if you want to waste your time and money. At that point I said I was done being treated in humanly. She said ok and left. I left in tears .

I have been seeing Dr Haganman for years now and have always had the best of care and treatment by all the staff at The Dental Center from my hygienist Aimee to Dr H himself along with his assistant Kim and the reception staff are always pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them!

I recently visited The Dental Center to have a crown procedure performed. I had all 8 teeth on the top completed and they turned out marvelous!! Chris Haganman and his assistant Sandy were nothing short of miracle workers. Kind, patient, and excellent at what they do, I would recommend them 100 times over for anything you need done! I especially detest the dentist and they made this experience so pleasant and the results were amazing.
