Fantastic experience. Appointment started right on time, the office was organized and clean, and everyone was pleasant and professional. Jamie was my hygienist and was outstanding -- she is knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. Connie took care of the insurance process and was organized and understanding. Overall great experience.

Their billing specialists mislead patients stating that their insurance will pay a large portion of their dental bills but then once services are rendered bill the full amount of the dental services done. I would not recommend coming to a business that purposely misleads people.

Visiting Midwest Dental in Davenport is stress free and painless. I have a schedule that takes me out of town frequently and most times on short notice so scheduling appointments can be difficult for me. They make it easy because they get started early. Stephanie is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Teagan is professional, courteous and listens well. Great experience.

We take our kids to this dentistry. They are very kind and easy to deal with.. Our kids like coming here because they are treated great. They were able to move our appointment up to accommodate our needs They also take the time to explain everything in detail and don’t try to sell us procedures that we don’t need, like the chain dentistry’s do. As a bonus, they give out stickers which the kids always love.

Couldn't ask for a better experience at the dentist. Felt 100% comfortable and was able to resolve my dental issue the same day that I called which was causing me excruciating pain. I highly recommend all of the staff and service that Midwest dental provided and will be returning to this establishment from here on out for any of my needed dental work. I went to have a deep clean and Jimmy there was really nice and attentive to my care. Even when I couldn’t speak English well, they have translators for almost any language there is. I really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Been forever since I went to a dentist. I came here after searching around on the web. I do not regret it. In a month I went from daily pain meds to no pain at all. I was very afraid of going to the dentist before but the staff here is super friendly and Dr. Carrie Teahen works with her patients for the best outcome. Dr Teehan was great. it had been many years since last dentist visit(bad experience).I was traveling thru and had cracked a tooth bad. She was able to get me right in, I am also a type 2 diabetic and she showed alot of concern with my meds and blood sugar prior to pulling tooth.I would definitely try keep using her as my primary dentist.
