My son needs a root canal therapy and of course this happens over a holiday weekend! His regular dentist wouldn't see him, I called 85 places, including Waterford and either they couldn't get him in or they were closed for the holidays. Just when I was at my whits end that no one in the QC was in network with my insurance (united health care/John deere) Waterford called me back after receiving my voice mail from the holiday. They were so nice and bubbly and I explained SEVERAL times that we had been seen by Tw dentist who said he needs an endodontist for root canals therapy, I was told by this very nice receptionist they take John deere all the time and could do the procedure and we scheduled it, did all the new patients Paperwork etc finally thankful someone would help my 10 year old. Fast forward to Monday (2 days before the appointment) Amanda calls me to tell me they Can't do it!! Are you kidding me? What a waste of time and now added heartache and stress to a mom who's trying to help her child! You would think you could trust the people you are talking too, guess not!

I took my three year old for a cleaning. Cori was amazing! She was very patient with him and made him feel comfortable. She also was able to fit me into her schedule the same day and save me a trip from coming back the following week. I appreciate her kindness and consideration.
