Office and professional staff are courteous, friendly and genuinely interested in best outcomes for the patient. Professional staff is patient, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions as well as make recommendations without being pushy trying to upsell services or devices. Office staff goes the extra mile to make sure insurance coverage is understood and filed appropriately. I found this location looking for dental service that accepted my Medicare Advantage plan and not only is it right in my neighborhood, it's the best dental service I have had over the many years of dentistry.

The dentist, Dr. Shaw, is very good, kind, and thorough. Asking questions to make sure that you get the best service and treatment possible. The dental hygienist assistant's are also nice and kind as well, and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The office staff greet you with a smile, answer any questions, and are so kind and welcoming! I am very glad that I found this dentist office, and I am very pleased with everyone there, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dental Associates has been wonderful. They take the extra step in providing the care needed. You are not rushed thru an appointment so they can get to the next patient. You are given the time needed for your routine Dental check up.

Would highly recommend Dental Associates on 9th. Very friendly service and gentle with their cleanings! Dr. Shaw is especially friendly and wears flavored gloves. Suck on them when he’s not expecting it to see the flavor of the day! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

We switched dentists because the location is close and insurance but I am super impressed! Very thorough exam and cleaning plus everyone was super nice! They are also great with my kids. Definitely recommend if you looking for a dentist.
