Please be aware of their new policy where they cancel your appointment if their system doesn't confirm it. They rolled it out in August 2022 and are informing patients of it as they come in for appointments. If you don't hear from them, I'd suggest calling their front desk to confirm. They filled my appointment with someone else and it was a very frustrating situation. I was very disappointed as this is a continuing trend in the service I've been receiving since the change over to Cottage Grove. Fluoride was missed on my kid, billing is very late, diagnoses are very aggressive and desk staff is indifferent. This last straw has me looking elsewhere now. The last 15 years of service before this have been wonderful so hopefully things get back on track.

This used to be a wonderful place to go when it was just Miller Dental, I adored Connie but, now that they have transitioned over to something different they have a dentist who doesn't accept medicaid and just want to gouge people for money. I am a single mother on a with one income so I can't afford outrageous prices. I am very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
