Dr Tu was the only dentist I went to for 14 years. I loved him however his office staff ruined the experience. I had multiple appointments that I had cards for that were different in their system when I went in. I had always "missed" it. I started bringing the cards. After driving an hour for an appointment that never happened 6 times I stopped coming. They were rude about it every time claiming they called... I never had a missed call or voicemail. The last time the woman accused me of changing the card. It was completely insane. I will never go back.
