Sarah is amazing! She is so friendly and makes going to the dentist actually tolerable! She is very gentle and makes sure you feel comfortable. Dr. Phan is also amazing! I had a horrible experience with the novacaine injections when I was younger where they hit a blood vessel and my cheek was super swollen. When I got my cavities filled a few months ago by Dr. Phan, he made sure to make the process as painless as possible. Everyone that works there is so friendly and no one judged me when I came in not having been to the dentist in years! The atmosphere is very professional and positive! I definitely used to avoid going to the dentist because of horrible experiences and now I attend regular cleanings! I would recommend Urbandale Family Dentistry to anyone!
