Showed up 20 minutes early after i drove from another town just to be told the xray maxhine was down and I couldn’t be seen

Appointment was at 8 ...arrived told dr was not going to be there until 9 then had to wait to 945 to see her ...took two more hours to be seen and still did not get tooth pulled that needed to be ..wants all procedure done with many more follow up appt

Everyone was cheerful even through the COVID 19. Even with masks on you could tell they were smiling.

The dentist speak very little English, they don't appear to know what they are doing, they don't live up to their advertising, even with an appointment they don't get you in with out a 45 minute to hour wait, there warranty is worthless
