I was leary of going to a dental franchise but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. They helped me get financing for services and dentures. Highly recommend.

The staff is very nice and informative. They make going to the dentist feel like fun. The hygienist Halley is very informative and I’m excited to get my cleaning from her, and the Dr. Patel will make you feel at ease with your treatment. I will always recommend them to anyone!

Friendly staff, good place to go for dental

The staff was exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left I was treated with compassion and saw nothing but smiles. The front desk administrator was fantastic. The xray tech was wonderful. The hygienist was kind and explained everything in terms I understood. The Dr. was the best I've ever had. And the billing and scheduling coordinator was very informative and helpful. If you have to go anywhere, go to this group for the best care!!

I had not been to a dentist in several years after my childhood dentist retired. I put off going for so long that I had many teeth in need of repair. I spent a couple days in excruciating pain and then my jaw swelled. I was able to go on Aspen Dental website and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful and didn't judge me for my lack of care to my teeth. I had a terrible infection and have to get 2 teeth pulled. So far, I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit. The appointment was made because I had lost two large fillings, and my former dentist had retired. I will admit I was apprehensive about coming to Aspen Dental after reading some of the reviews, but because they accepted my dental plan I decided to give them a try. I found the office staff to be personable and friendly. Checking in was very efficient, and I was made to feel at ease. X-rays proceeded with no problems. My biggest concern was what the dentist would be like, and he was fine. He explained my current situation and what would treatment needed to be done in terms I could understand. In fact, I was able to get in the same day to have a thorough cleaning. The hygienist was amazing! I am looking forward to my next appointment to have one tooth filled and the prep work for a crown done on the other.

Wonderful experience. I went in to establish myself as a new patient. I had a scheduled appt with in a week for an examination and they were able to get my cleaning done the same day! Friendly staff and dentists! Best dental experience I've ever had! Thank you!

Everyone was extremely friendly throughout the entire process. Dr. Patel, Nicole, Alisa, and Trisha made my first trip back to the dentist easy. It was a Monday and it seemed they were running a bit behind at the time but it didn't seem to bother them whatsoever. I'm glad I decided to go with Aspen Dental in West Burlington.

The staff there are super friendly! Dr. Patel, Halley, and Kenzie got me all set up and ready to go. They were knowledgeable and explained everything in a way anyone could understand. Big shout out to the assiant office manager, Trisha, she was also very sweet and helpful. Excited to see them all again! Thank you guys.

This place is amazing, Rena will make you feel like a real princess while you're in her care and she'll give you a polished crown at the end of your journey of becoming a queen (don't forget to ask for the VIP treatment). All joking aside, Dr. Patel is regional treasure. Dr. Patel and her staff are thorough, gentle, and precise. She'll explain in great detail the plan to restore your teeth to give you the perfect smile you've been dreaming about. The welcoming and professional staff coupled with the comfortable environment certainly helps diminish any anxiety you may have about making a dentist appointment, at least it did for me, please don't hesitate using Aspen Dental.
