Very helpful , knowledgeable staff. From the walk in where I was greeted pleasantly by Taylor who collected all my insurance information quickly and efficiently, to the X Ray Techs Kenzie and Nicole, who performed my X ray procedure in a comfortable and proficient manner, to Halley the hygienist who made my Perio charting painless and non invasive while clearly explaining the results of each charting per tooth and bone structure location, to Dr. Patel who answered the questions in my mind as she explained a basic plan going forward which helped me understand the step by step of my personal plan with Aspen. And finally to Office Mgr. Trisha who clearly outlined and explained financials and created a list of my treatment plan with associated costs to be able to refer to as we execute the plan we have devised. All in all, exceeded expectations in every way. Kudos to the West Burlington office and staff.

Went in to see someone for a broken tooth, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful from begining to end. Will set up appointments for future visits. Was explained process from start to finish, felt comfortable knowing exactly what was going to happen.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed Aspen Dental had a good Great caring staff office mgr Jennifer Duffy Dr.Do D.M.D , and dental assistance Amy, Onika where amazing nice and caring helping out in anyway they can to get the help make my appointment comfortable and finding what worked best for my income. And didn't have to wait forever to get everything done they actually got me in the same day. Very pleased never felt so at ease being in a dentist office. Highly recommend

I ended up waiting quite a while, but once I got in there everything was great. Im no big fan of going to the dentist, but they made it as painless as possible. They were fast and efficient and let me know that I had multiple options and explained the differences thoroughly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive procedure they thought would work and they actually ended up talking me into the cheapest option. Looks like I've found my new dentist.

Staff was personable and competent. Considering my anxiety, that was just what i needed to put me s little more at ease. Only negative thing about the visit would be waiting a half an hour past the time of my appointment to get in to get started.

Dr. Patel was very professional and helpful. Halley and Trisha were also both massively helpful and informative. Kenzie and Nicole did a great job doing my xray work. Very good environment, relaxed and non-judgmental.

The staff was amazing. The African American assistant was so helpful and made me totally comfortable. She was great!
The Dr. was very knowledgeable and professional. As a Veteran I'm very pleased and I was happy to get my treatment free on Veteran Appreciation Day.

The trip to Aspen Dental in Burlington was Terrible!!! I went to have 2 fillings on 2 front teeth; the Asian dentist was very rough ,seemed to rush the work , had no chair side manner ,and his English was had to under stand. When he finished with me and I went to check out I felt a rough edge on the fillings and hade the assistant take me back in for more work. later that day after the anesthesia wore off I felt how rough my fillings were. I went back the next day and had more polishing done. The dentist seemed very put off by my return and said that if the fillings brake he would not fix them only install a crown. The office manager told me to call if I have any problem. I told her that I would never have this dentist work on me again!!! If I could give less that 1 star on this review I would.

Worst dental experience I've ever had. I had crowns put on my two front teeth, within a week one of them chipped. Had it redone, and and now my front teeth are totally different sizes. Dr. Do is very rough and doesn't seem to care about what his work looks like. ** After this review they contacted me to offer to replace the crown. I asked if I could go to another Aspen dental location to have it done since I no longer trust this dentist to work on me. They said they would have to check with their manager and get back with me. That was two months ago, never heard from them again. They do not care about their customers.

I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally nice, friendly, courteous and welcoming and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!
