They were easy to set up an appointment. Straightforward about what care I needed. Helped find payment options. The care I received was a little disappointing. Seemed more interested in just getting me out the door than taking time to ensure my procedure went smoothly.

Dr. Harmon has been great and the staff has been friendly. All hygienists have been fantastic with my reluctant 5 year old. Staff seems to be constantly rotating as I’ve seen a new dentist at every 6 month appointment for the past few years.

We’ve had a lot of trouble with the billing department. Hopefully it’s getting figured out.

Rachel, the sweetest dental assistant, was a terrific listener and made every effort to make me comfortable with X-rays. She introduced each person who worked with me and their backgrounds. The office and rooms were clean with a TV set up on the patients chair to entertain and put them at ease. The Dentist and Halley examined me reassuring me everything was fine. I will be looking forward to my cleaning appointment.

Beware of the office manager and the billing department they charged me $135 for a "free toothbrush" completely dishonest i was weary of accepting the toothbrush until assured 3 times before leaving the office that yes it was free then a week after using it i get the bill for $135 and because "you signed for it and used it there are no returns" per the office manager what a complete lack of respect for the customers they have i waa asked to leave after calling them out on it i will never go back do yourselves a favor dont go here

I have always been treated with respect when I go into Aspen Dental in West Burlington, Ia. Very helpful with my Ins.. The Dr. Do was very nice to me and considerate on my pain. The office is very clean and neat. Nice people and nice place would say if you're looking for a Dentist stop by!!

Had to wait about half an hour for my appointment. The hygenist was the best. She worked extremely hard to properly clean my teeth. The dentist was friendly seemed to know her stuff. A very good experience overall.

I would like everyone to know that my experience with Aspen was very good. I have had bad experiences with other dentists, but NOT with you. From day one everyone was VERY friendly, and helped me . During my appointments I had a very bad toothache that day they fixed it. I AM VERY HAPPY 👍👌

All staff was very friendly all the time. Dr, dentist and assistance explained everything in a way I could easy understand.
I totally recommend them for the patient care. They always do an excellent job.

My time at ASPEN DENTAL in Burlington Ia was a great experience!!! Everyone there was very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledge. They are really great. The results from the cleaning, and the bleaching are amazing. I love my beautiful WHITE SHINY TEETH. Happy SMILE DAYS. THANKS Dixie Morse

I have been going to Aspen Dental for many years now. However, everytime I come in they seem to have a different dentist or they don't seem to stay very long which drives me nuts. Some consistency would be nice for that. What keeps me coming to Aspen is the dental hygentist, Halley. I almost changed dentist offices, but after having Halley I will be staying at Aspen as long as she is there. Halley was awesome!!!! So sweet and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She is seriously the sweetest, little thing! Another person who keeps me coming there is Jennifer the lady out front. Jennifer is always super nice and friendly and takes good care of you. Without these 2 ladies I would have found a different place to get my teeth cleaned.
