I only give this review 2 stars because the dental assistants and hygienists were great but the dentist filled a tooth on my left side and behind my front teeth. This was 2 years ago, and I still cannot eat sweet stuff on the left side of my mouth and have to drink anything cold with a straw because my front teeth are still so sensitive. He had awful bedside manner (did what he had to do and left without a word). I don't know what he did to my teeth, but I will not be going back there again.

Thorough exam, hygiene explained very well. My appointment to get work done was made according to my work schedule and got in quickly. Thanks Aspen Dental Team!

I have never had a bad dental experience like this one. The girls on staff are amazing but Dr. Do is rude and rough. Didnt warn me about first shot so i jumped because he just jammed it in my gums, then got rude about it. I had 2 fillings and he didn't numb it enough before drilling then when I complained of pain he pumped me so full of drugs I was shaking violently and extremely out of it. I couldn't open my mouth wide enough during the procedure but he kept extending it further, now my jaw hurts so bad I can hardly open my mouth. I feel like someone punched my face on both sides and after all that I have an extremely sharp piece of tooth that wasnt shaved down and its cutting my gums. I dont even want to go back to get it fixed. I'm not even going to mention his horrible bedside manners. If I could have got out of the chair and left, I would have.

Took a hour to get me from the waiting room and I'm still sitting in this chair waiting for nothing .. it's been 2 hours of nothing.

The Hygentist was very friendly. I wished I was more informed about the breakdown of a cleaning and costs. Was glad that I was called about cancelled appts if wanted to come earlier...

I told tge dentist 3 times which tooth was hurting and needed pulled. He shot my jaw up with the pain killer and pulled a tooth, got home and after i took the gauze out discovered the moron had pulled the wrong tooth! I will never step foot in their office again now in stuck with the bad tooth still hurting and missing a good tooth.

I came from Arizona... EVERY TIME I went- they were great there.... Got my temps there.
However- i got my permanents here in W Burlington... They have NEVER fit right... The Dr. Hates to make ANY adjustments.... & hates for me to ask ANY QUESTIONS!!! I about cried aeveral times when leaving there because this is all new to me... And has been very hard! But i think i woyld rather drive for a distance from now on... Before going back there to deal with that Dr. He just lept asking..."What is wrong now??" Giving me dirty looks.... Making me feel even worse than i already did.

I was called in for my appointment on time and procedure completed in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

The appointment itself took 1.5 hrs which for a new patient that maybe how long it takes. I needed a toothed pulled got a appt for the very next day and within 2 hrs they said no I didnt have am appointment and blamed it on a new computer system.

The ladies at Aspen Dental of Burlington were awesome. Everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. So far, no complaints!
