Made to wait 26 days to get a tooth pulled that they caused it to become painful. The called day before appointment to tell me it needs to be rescheduled. BEWARE this is not a dentist office you will want to go too.

Dentist wasn't friendly to me as a new patient. He didn't ask one question to get to know me and ignored a concern of mine. Hygentists were nice though.

if you want the perfect smile they will give it to you regardless if the procedures are in your best interest or not. The oral surg. is only there one day a month. So when they remove all 4 of your wisdom teeth and your face swells four tiimes it size and you go back into the office three days later and they can't do anything for you. You have a infection, dry socket and your tongue is still numb. Oh and you can only open your mouth 1/4inch. Plus your face is soooo black and blue it looks like a bus hit you and you have a tear in your sinus and stuff going down your throat taste like what you think a dead animal must taste like. Every time you try to rise your mouth with the salt water is comes out your nose. And they can do nothing for all of this it sucks. I went there because the were the preferred for my insurance to get max benefits. Well I should have went to our local Oral surg. at the Mercy building. Which is where I ended up 1 week later. I was in terrible shape. But thankfully he helped me with different meds. I would recommend to everyone to Stay a way from Aspen Dental. Go to a local dentist/oral surg. who is invested in our community and has their own practice. Not a DOC in a BOX. One week later I said it is a good thing that Aspen Dental's Oral Surg. lives in Iowa City cause I would punch him in the face. Oh six weeks later I can only open my mouth about an 1 1/4 that is with lots of work. My jaw bone on the side with the dry socket is exposed and 1/2 of my tongue and throat are still numb.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and explained my dental plan thoroughly. Highly recommended

Teeth were not done right dentist was very rough, putting the needle in your mouth was excruciating it was the worst dental experience of my life! The only reason I gave 2 stars everyone other than the dentist was very polite

Had two teeth extracted, the dentist was very concerned that I felt no pain, the extractions went smoothly and there is financing available and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

These "Dentist" are rough with you! They Jam in needles in fast jerk motions, just wanted to rip the tooth out, get paid, and move on to the next patient! They left bruises and bumps on my jaw! They need to loose their license! Left in tears and they could care less. Disgusting. Fire that Asian Dr!!!!!!!!!!!!

They make you feel welcome. Very fast service and appointments made for the future! Help with financing was amazing.
