My family has gone to EPTrue Dental for a long time. We have never had a bad experience. Rhonda is my dental hygienist and is such a delight and does an outstanding job! Dr Pete is so nice and makes you feel at ease. Always explains well if there are any issues. Front desk staff are super friendly! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Peter Olberding is a very good dentist with a personality to match. He knows his stuff. The hygienists are good, though I wish the chair had had a pillow for my lower back. I was due to have a head/neck scan, but my hooded sweatshirt prevented its use — though I offered to remove it. One final perk — Dr. Pete sells teeth-whitening kits at cost, and they are stronger than those sold in retail stores. All told, a great place to visit twice a year. Oh, and I don’t get yelled at much (smile) for not flossing.

Great experience with Dr Olberding and his team. He helped me with an implant and crown. Fits perfectly and color of the tooth is spot on. Cleanings, cavities - everything done in pleasant professional manner with sincere concern for my comfort and dental health. Takes time to answer my questions and address any concerns. Would highly recommend.

I have been going here for almost 10 years but lately have been getting treated with a lot of disrespect. I got Invisalign to fix two teeth, which was 14 trays. I told Dr. I was not happy with the results (teeth didn’t move) and the total cost was $3,000 (discounted since I had two teeth to move) I went in today for a cleaning and talked to Shawna, who was being very rude about the whole situation in front of other people in the lobby. (I've read other reviews and it sounds like multiple other people stopped going here because of her) She told me I never put a down payment down (whice I did, I had no choice to get trays ordered) When Dr. Olberding came in he was very short with me, when in the past he seemed to care, not today. I told Shawna due to the disrespect and rudeness I won’t be back and she said “Super!” Not the way they should be treating patients who are having issues. For someone who is at the face of the company and deals with all patients, you would think they would want someone friendly, polite, and understanding. I will not be back.

My experience at EP True Dental is always exceptional. The staff is very friendly and you can tell everyone likes their job. Dr. O is hilarious and genuinely seems to care about his patients. I actually look forward to my dentist appointment so i can talk to Rhonda who does an exceptional job of cleaning my teeth every time. Thanks EP True Dental!

Every 6 months after our check-ups with Dr. Olberding and his hygienists we count our blessings for the excellent dental care we receive from them. From the moment we walk in the door my sister and I feel welcomed as valued persons not just numbers. Our needs, questions and concerns are handled with compassion and respect. We are so grateful for the skilled professional care, the honesty and the sincere friendship of Dr. Olberding and his team. We highly recommend EP True Dental !

I’ve been going here for 15 years and always had a good experience. Dr. Olberding is great about always giving me all my options and the pros and cons of each treatment, and then letting me make the decision after I have all the facts. I never feel pushed into any procedure.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Special call out for Rhonda who’s been working with me every 6 months for years now. She’s great!

I’ve also referred several family and friends who are now customers for life as well. Couldn’t be happier with the team at E.P. True Dental.
