If you are looking for a long term dentist this is your man. I you have a dental emergency and don't want to commit to a long term relationship he is not your man. I asked for an evaluation of tooth with a "lost crown" which I brought with me. Once it was confirmed that there was decay in the tooth under the old crown I was presented with the option of committing to an ongoing relationship or being asked to walk away. When I chose the latter I was charged $72 and referred to an emergency dental care facility. I was disappointed because I had it made clear at the beginning of the appointment that I was not looking for a long term commitment. Specifically I had advised the administrative staff that I had let my dental insurance lapse 3 years ago, that I was no longer taking any medically prescribed medication, etc. Although the staff was friendly, I feel that they were less than forthcoming about the potential costs related to my inquiry.
