Truly awful! I had my appointment there the lady yelled my personal information in the shoebox of an office. When I asked her not to she raised her voice at me so I left. I go to take my kids they pretend they sent me a letter to cancel my appointment like a phone call wasn’t necessary and literally pretended they were closed until a vendor showed up that they needed something from! if I could give them zero stars I would! This was only a week apart. I didn’t cancel my kids appointment because I took a month and a half to get them appointment they needed them for school

I've been going to Dr. Thomas for almost 10 years now and wouldn't go to anyone else. My son loves the toy selection after he's done with his cleanings. When I had my wisdom teeth removed he even called me later that evening and the next day (which was a Saturday!!) to check in and see how I was doing. He genuinely cares. Amanda and Diane are also great! I highly recommend this team of dental professionals.

Once again I received excellent dental care from Dr. Thomas and his top notch staff. My dental care since first going to the Iowa Center For Family and Cosmetic Dentistry over 5 years ago is unmatched by any other practice I've been to in 50+ years! It doesn't hurt that I laugh at every visit - Dr. Thomas has an awesome sense of humor!

Dr. T is an amazing dentist who always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments! I have been going to Iowa Center For Cosmetic Surgery for many years and have always been treated well from walking through the door and being greeted with a big hello and smile from Diane to the cleanings, X-rays and exam by Amanda the best hygienist in the world to the final exam by Doc. He genuinely cares for his patients and explains every procedure thoroughly while drawing a sketch. The office is professional and clean with a tv at every chair - I actually look forward to my checkups to catch up with these three! He has always been available whenever I have had an emergency, just a phone call away.I strongly recommend the practice for anyone seeking a premier practice of experienced professionals! Very negative experience here. Insulted my wife and shamed her for not being from America. Insane comments made by people that have a sign that says "immigrants are welcome."
Diane at the front desk is very kind and helpful, while those in the back are horrible people. They are the kind of people that make me understand why Americans are hated when they travel out of the country.

If you're looking for a dentist office full of energy and excitement, this is your place! Dr. Thomas is full of laughs and smiles! He did an amazing job using Essex braces to straighten my teeth and has fixed major chips to my husband's teeth. Amanda, the hygienist, is so sweet and does an amazing job walking you through your oral care issues and solutions. Out at the front desk, Dianne does an outstandingly professional job managing all the appointments and paperwork. All around fabulous place for your dental care!!

I couldn't ask for better care from Dr. Thomas and his staff. He created a beautiful new smile for me that has completely changed my appearance and greatly improved my self confidence. He's also handled some complex dental problems (infections, crowns, root canals) for me with incredibly responsive and quality care.
