This was my first visit to Iowa Dental Arts. I have to say that I was very happy with my overall visit. Sue was great at the counter and assisting me. Was friendly and helpful. Liz was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like I was family. She had such a warm, great personality and excellent humor. She is top notch. I also really liked Dr. Winters and the other Indian lady. Dr. Winter was very thorough and explained a lot of things in great detail. Extremely informative and helpful.

I'm one of those that feels very nervous in a dental environment and hadn't been to a dentist for some time so very anxious during my first time visit here.
-All the ladies at the main desk were very pleasant and helpful with the paperwork.
-The dental hygienist assigned to me, Hailey (sp?) has a wonderful "bed side" manner and helped calm my obvious nerves.and relax a bit more.
-Dr Winter was both friendly and professional, taking time to show me what needs to be done and answering my questions.

February 11 was my first visit at this dentist clinic, and all of the ladies at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Winter and the India lady were amazing because they did a really good job on explained all the details, and they’re really fun to talk with. They made me feel like home and I’m very comfortable around them. 5 stars!!!

Not a fan of the dentist and I just have to say Dr Winter and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. He was very gentle and took his time to explain to me everything he was doing! I will definitely be back

The entire staff was amazing....very attentive and they listened and addressed every dental concern I had. They are professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. This office is the only office in which I received pain free dental work! Highly recommend!!!
