Plaza Dental Group

This is the most amazing dental practice I've ever experienced! They truly care about their patients and will do everything they possibly can to provide the very best experience and results. I wish all dentists (and doctors) could be more like Dr. Mohan and her staff!

Sent me a 300 dollar bill for a service that was never completed. They did unnecessary X-rays and failed to numb my tooth before they attempted to pull it. I eventually couldn’t take it anymore and told them to stop. Left and went to a different dentist and the tooth was numb and pulled out in 5 minutes... not paying for a incomplete horribly done job. Keep sending those bills though. Wasting trees.

My husband and I have been getting our dental needs met at Plaza Dental since 2013, even though we live 2 hours away. The staff has been super friendly and has made our dental visits pleasant. We have been very happy with their services until yesterday. My husband had an appointment to have a cavity filled. When he arrived, he was told that the dentist scheduled to do the job had decided to take Tuesdays off. There was no text or phone call to notify my husband of the change. Furthermore, he was told he would have to come back next week because all their dentists were busy. If I have my way, we will be finding a new place where our business is appreciated.

This morning I received a voicemail from Plaza Dental asking me to call them. I talked with Jolanda, the office manager. I learned that Dr. Mohan saw my review. She visited with her staff this morning about what had happened, which I greatly appreciate. I also mentioned to Jolanda what I thought would be a fair compensation for Bruce's inconvenience. Jolanda relayed the message to Dr. Mohan. I later recieved a voicemail stating that Dr. Mohan had agreed to my request. I thank Dr. Mohan for that, as well as taking my review seriously, and for her quickness in resolving the issue. I also thank Jolanda for listening to me , and for telling me that Plaza Dental does value my family as clients. Plaza Dental is back to being a 5 star in my opinion.

I love plaza dental! I always look forward to my visit. Natalya is my hygienist and she is FABULOUS. All tea no shade henny, I feel very relaxed, and love chatting with her. I also love the diffusers! Natalya diffused lavender oil for me and I felt right at home. Been coming here for 6 years and never wana go anywhere else!

Kayla, Desiree, Yolanda, Suzie, Amy, Dr. Mohan, Chevelle, Talia and the entire staff are over the top with their efforts to assure comfort. My smile feels and looks dazzling now, thanks to them, and my only regret is that I didn’t go to them earlier. And! They have four new patients due to hearing about my absolutely positive experience!

I have been going to Plaza Dental for TruDenta treatments and I have to say this place is the best! Desirea, Tessa and Kayla are extremely caring, knowledgeable and gentle. If you are thinking about trying this treatment, I would definitely recommend that you do! The staff members are incredibly welcoming too and the office runs on time, which is really helpful if you have to get somewhere else afterwards. A positive, professional environment, where everyone is always smiling. I always look forward to going.

Dr. Odland is the best dentist I've ever had! He was so comfortable and personable. He transformed my smile in just 30 minutes and I've never felt more confident. Thank you!!

When I first walked into Plaza Dental years ago, I was terrified of dentists. Susan helped me through that first visit and many more since. Back then I never would have believed what happened today. My visit to get my teeth cleaned has turned out to be the highlight of my day! And, no, it wasn't a crappy day to begin with; it was pretty average. The almost spa-like atmosphere (yep, I took advantage of the paraffin dip and the warm neckwear), my choice of music, & friendly people -- especially Susan -- made it great. Keep up the good work. And thanks for fixing my teeth!

First time at Plaza Dental Group and have nothing but exceptional feedback for the office. From start to finish the staff was very pleasant and accomdating toward my first expierence. I had the pleasure of working with an assistant Tessa and meeting with Dr. Dietrich. Both were very knowledable in the field and made this a very comfortable visit. I will be back and keep up the the great work Plaza Dental.

I had went through a frustrating experience with a whitening treatment at Plaza and upon voicing my concerns, these guys went SO above and beyond to really help me and assure that I would have an option that was satisfactory.

They were more than accommodating and helpful on finding a resolution and doing everything they could to assist me with the issue. It really means a lot to me that a company would take the time to hear out my concerns and do what they could to make it right, no questions asked. I look forward to continuing my care with them in the future and the way they handled an unfortunate experience speaks VOLUMES!
