Dr. Thorsheim and her staff were such a refreshing delight. They thoroughly explained procedures, asked questions and made me feel comfortable. I was very scared and probably not hiding it as well as I thought. I’m actually looking forward to going back knowing my concerns will be addressed and heard.

I just met with Dr. Jill Saunders, I was in IMMENSE pain when I spoke with Mel at their office yesterday, and they got me in first thing this morning. My teeth are BAD, but they all treated me with respect, and were very mindful of the anxiety I have around dentistry.

Ultimately for this visit I was referred out to an oral surgeon outside their office for a wisdom tooth removal, but had a very good first impression with them, and will return for future visits. I was recommended to them by a friend, who's done a lot of work and also had nothing but the best to say about them. Would highly recommend, especially if you have anxiety about having dental work performed. Very kind and caring people here.

After some mixed experiences, I've thrown in the towel when it comes to this dentist office. This week I went in for an emergency repair and given a temporary fix, and was told I needed to come in within the next month to have a crown put on a tooth. But the office was not able to schedule me until March, a full three months away. Concerned, I called around to a few other offices to see if anyone could get me in earlier. One office said they could, asked if they could request my xrays, and set me up for a consultation to see what needed to happen and when they could get me in. I got a terse call from Thorsheim & Ceraso asking me to come in to sign a patient information release, and when I got there, I was badgered into giving up my March appointment because it "wasn't fair to other patients who might need the slot." I explained that I was just looking into my options as the dentist had told me it was urgent that I get a permanent fix, and that I was planning to call and cancel my appointment after my consultation with the other dentist IF it was successful and I was able to schedule an appointment with them. After further protests, I gave in and had her cancel the appointment. I will not be darkening their doors again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thorsheim's for many years. Not only is she very caring, but her skill level, expertise, and attention to details are appreciated every time I'm in her chair. Because of her, I have much healthier and better-looking teeth! In addition, the assistants and office staff are both professional and personable. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and are very good about accommodating unforseen scheduling issues that arise. As someone who grew up experiencing a lot of painful dental work, it has been wonderful these past 18 years NOT dreading going to the dentist!

Dr. Debra Thorsheim is a gentle perfectionist. She offers the highest quality care by staying abreast of developments in procedures and equipment . Her staff are competent and personable, putting me at ease. Dr. Thorsheim and her staff have been keeping me smiling for over 20 years. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Jill is professional and yet so warm and friendly. Making sure you are comfortable and understand what she doing and how it will help you. Dr. Jill will not disappoint you and her staff is great.

Dr Ceraso and his staff have always been FANTASTIC. I’d avoided the dentist for too long a few years ago due to frankly just hating going to the dentist. They brought me back to a place where it’s just cleanings without much anxiety. If you’re someone who fears the dentist like I did, look these folks up, they are awesome.

Dr. Thorshiem is the best. I have been her patient for 20 years, and she has done miracles with my teeth. She is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My hygienist, Julie, is equally wonderful. I love them both.
