They are AMAZING!! I have an abnormal fear of dentists, so after 12 years I decided I need To break down and go. I called 5 in our area , and even just by the receptionist I knew This place is where I wanted To go, but I had To wait the longest. She told me if there was a cancellation she’d call. But she ended up calling and fitting me in anyways because I was having pain.... they were all so amazing and patient with me. And Dr. Williams was soooo nice, gentle and understanding of my fears.. they worked financially with me so I can get my work done . So happy I found a dentist I’m not terrified of but happy to go to!!!

I have a severe toothache that needed checked out. I called to schedule an appointment, and informed the receptionist that I was transferring jobs and told her my insurance information. She said I was covered, so made the appointment. Then I get to the office, am about to fill out the paperwork, and come to find out they lied and don’t take my dental insurance. They said that I was going to have to pay $276 because I’m a new patient. They refused to offer payment arrangements, so I just got up and left. Said “I guess ibuprofen it is.” I’m so irritated and disappointed in this place, I’m never going back. What a great way to welcome a new teacher into town...
