All the staff were super friendly and very professional. Was my first time going to this office..I had a bit of an urgency to get help. The office responded as quickly as they could under the conditions of having Covid guidelines .Like most people I was apprehensive and nervous but those feelings quickly faded. My exam was thorough from doctor’s assistant to the doctor herself. It ended up being my lucky day cause I was able to see a wonderful hygienist as well. I wish this review was for their dental services. Unfortunately I didn't get to try that experience. After booking two months in advance, taking off work for both my wife and myself, and arriving at the office 15 minutes early we were told we'd have to rebook in two weeks due to attending the Food and Tunes event the previous weekend. I totally respect and appreciate them protecting their staff and patients. What is unacceptable is them not telling us this ahead of time. I called their office two days before the appointment and no mention was made. I then received a voicemail confirming the appointment and asking if a longer appointment was acceptable. Again no mention was made of this policy. I'm now out my time and can't reschedule anywhere in the next 6 weeks. Incredibly frustrating but maybe a bullet dodged. If this is how they run their basic office tasks how good can their medical care really be?
