With no exception. I have been to several dentists in my life, and you are the BEST!
There is only one issue I would like you to know. Your staff for some reason forget to call me Dr. Alonzo. They just write Luis. I'm a physician, M.D.
Psychiatrist and I was awarded TOP PSYCHIATRIST in 2021.

I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist and I’ve had some bad times at a couple of them. Today I had an appointment to move forward with my treatment plan and I had been looking forward to this day for over a month! Things went so well and all my nerves and questions were out to ease I pulled out of the parking lot with tears of joy! I will recommend Dr. Miller and the whole staff over and over again!

I called this morning as a new patient having never been seen by Dr. Esau. They offered me an appointment the same day. Dr. Esau and his staff were very professional and did all the insurance paperwork and advised me of the charges while I was in the office. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them!

My hygienist, Michelle, did an excellent job. She was thorough and professional utilizing the latest equipment. She is very personable and treats her patients like family.

This morning was unbelievable, truly I've been gobsmacked over this interaction all day.
I had been there a few times in the past for cleanings and the woman I see has always been great. But today.. Well, if I could leave no stars, I would. I saw Todd Esau today for a consultation. As we are going over my options, he talked over me, was pushy, and when I gave feedback, he was rude.
So, I decided to leave and take this to a different dentist. When I had gathered my things and tried to leave, he moved to get in my way, I felt he was going to touch me so I said, "Don't grab me." Sure enough, this man got in front of me and grabbed my shoulders and I said, "Hands. Off." He put up his hands and said, "Hit me" Which was a very jarring response. I told him of course I had no intentions of hitting him and that I also wasn't going to argue with him. His assistant nodded understandingly to me as I said these things.
Then, obviously upset, I left and will not be back.

I verified at the time of making my appointment my insurance was accepted yet the day of my appointment after getting X-rays was Informed they didn't accept my insurance and was turned away. The flood of emotions that I felt today including disappointment, frustration, embarrassment, and defeat. I have been suffering from a broken and infected tooth for sometime now that needed immediate attention and my insurance company provided me with a very small list of dentist within my coverage with Esau Miller family being one of them only to be turned away after being told they originally accepted my insurance. Very disappointed on how everything was handled today and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It is so difficult to find people who care as much about people as the staff here do. Lindsey, Dr Miller, and the staff that were there today took amazing care of my husband, last minute, out of the kindness of their hearts! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually enjoy going to this dental office. Appointments are on time, the staff is friendly, technically competent and the equipment up to date.

I went in today as a new patient. I had a damaged crown that needed attention. I was pleasantly surprised when they took care of it the same day. At other facilities I've had to wait days or weeks.
Dr. Esau and his staff were caring and professional. I was extremely pleased with my experience there.
