I could not be happier with the care we received at Village West Dentistry. I took my 6 year old son to a general dentist and was told he would need quite a bit of work done, and it would have to be done under general anesthesia because of his age. The thought of fully sedating my son for dental work really scared me, but the other dentist refused to try any other methods. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Village West Dentistry and spoke with Sarah at the front desk. She was very helpful and understanding. She took into consideration my feelings as a mother and my apprehension of full sedation, and she assured me that other options may be available. She scheduled me for an initial appointment with Dr. Alipour, whom I have personally known for several years. Dr. Alipour evaluated him and then referred me to the pediatric dentist, Dr. Chidsey. I was very impressed by Dr. Chidsey and her team. She was able to do all of his work in a couple of visits just using nitrous, as opposed to fully sedating him. My son tolerated the treatment very well and had no complaints! The office is also very clean and kid-friendly. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming for our future visits!

Workers accepted DoorDash food that wasn’t theirs and ate it, then lied about it when asked if a doordasher came by with food. When walking in we could see our food behind them. If they would lie about taking ice cream from some teenagers. I can only imagine how their customer service is, honestly disappointing.
