I arrived at 15 min. In advance . The office staff we all there and ready. My cleaning included the Doctor, who inspected the quality cleaning, approved this work. A complete success and totally professional !

I had a dental emergency that was not resolved by my personal dentist from another clinic. At 9:30am I called for an appointment at Perfect Smiles based on a referral from my periodontist. I was seen at 1:30pm the same day.
The paperwork was texted to me and I was able to easily fill out the necessary forms before my arrival.
The office staff were friendly, professional and efficient. There were issues with my insurance that were quickly resolved by the friendly staff’s diligence and creative research.
I was seen without waiting and my emergency situation was resolved quickly. Dr. Boldry’s knowledge and experience dealing with complex dental issues was evident. I’ll be back.

I was a patient here for more than twenty years, beginning back when they were located on Quivira. For many years, I was so pleased with the service I received there. But about the time of the pandemic, the quality of the service began to decline. The quality of the dental technicians and the front office staff declined significantly. No pillow under my legs, no blanket. No friendliness behind the front desk. I have always paid my bill in full at the time of service. Recently, out of the blue I was billed for an unspecified balance forward (which of course I do not owe), and looking on the internet I learned that the practice is now owned by GPS in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I don't know what happened too this place, but I'm going to a new dentist now.
