I did not feel comfortable at Louisburg Family Dental as none of the staff are wearing masks when interacting with patients. And when a mask was worn in the exam room, it was under the nose which makes it pointless.
I do not care if a mask is not worn when not with a patient, but a few basic health safety measures still need to be followed when interacting with all patients, including the front desk.
Dr. Trumpp is very thorough, but the lack of safety protocols from the staff will keep me from returning.

The entire practice from the front desk to the dentist is great! Dr. Trump is awesome, she knows what she is doing and does NOT upsell services or try to talk you into dental work that is not needed. She is an honest, knowledgeable dentist, and her team of dental hygienists are super friendly and also great at what they do. I definitely recommend this dental office.

This practice completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist.
