I love the entire office. The ladies out front are always so nice and they remember your name each time. The hygienist are always so nice and really make you feel comfortable. And Dr. Walker is great. He is always very personal and always very friendly. Dr. Witcher is great also as he has done several of my gum surgeries and he is so relaxed that it makes you relaxed also.

I have had nothing but the best experiences at Family Implant Dentistry. My bit is a difficult one to adjust but Dr Josh Walker worked at it until it was perfect. I have also had 2 crowns put in that are holding up very well and again my bit had to be fixed. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my teeth.

My wife, daughters and sister also go here and the kids love going to the dentist!

Love, love, love this place! Everyone is so friendly and caring. We started seeing Dr. Walker 13 years ago, back when I was a big baby when it came to dentists, and he treated me with kid gloves. I needed a crown and he put me at ease...every appointment since then, I have truly enjoyed because of him; he's so compassionate and caring. The whole staff is compassionate and caring and have been by our side throughout a 14 year journey with my daughter. At age 2, I noticed she had an open bite. At age 5, she began seeing Dr. Walker and he monitored her bite for 2 years before sending us to an orthodontist. All she has been able to chew with are her molars, eight teeth touching-that's it. So you can only imagine that, over the years, those teeth became worn down several times and Dr. Walker was there to build them back up until we could have surgery (at age 16) to fix this bite. We are now 4 months post-op and Dr. Walker has been there every step of the way, calling to check on her daily after her surgery, sent flowers to the hospital, and is now monitoring those molars to see how many will need crowns because of the wear and tear over the years. I know not everyone will have a problem to this extent, but my reason for sharing this is to show how much, not only Dr. Walker, but EVERYONE in this office actually cares! They have all shown concern for my daughter and have been a great source of support. I would recommend anyone in this office. Thank you Dr. Walker and Family & Implant Dentistry for helping to give my daughter the most gorgeous smile in the whole world. And thanks for holding our hands. Your name definitely says it....FAMILY!

My 6 year old daughter fell and knocked her permanent front tooth out on a Thursday night. We took her to the ER where the ER Dr put the tooth back in with instructions to see a pediatric dentist in the morning. Well, not possible on a Friday...they were all closed! We called Family and Implant Dentistry who agreed to see her. They were wonderful! The staff so friendly & professional. Dr Walker was exceptional. He explained things very well & was excellent with our daughter. I am so grateful for them taking care of my little girl.

I have no problem with the dentists or hygienists at Family Implant Dentistry, but the billing department is impossible to talk to. Tammy is rude, cuts you off, and she will treat you like you know nothing about insurance. I am educated enough to do math, and I do not need to be explained to about how different fillings bill out (especially when the three fillings my son received were all exactly the same type and the same price). All she wanted to do was refer me to my insurance, when on the end of my insurance made sense, and their end did not. They are also the highest price dentist office in Manhattan. I would not return or take my sons there if there were other options who take my husband's insurance. Unfortunately, the other options are considered out of network.

The office is a well oiled machine! I love that my time was valued and they always do their best to keep my appointment time. I have had the regular exams and cleaning but also had a crown done. I felt in very good hands with Dr. Walker and would recommend him to my friends and Family.

Friendliest staff out there. I have some concerns about the use of cone beam CT scans without explaining other options to patients. These low dose CT scans still have a radiation exposure that is greater than a regular xray. I didn't feel informed at my last appointment, but at the end of the day, the service is so excellent, the appointments so efficient and smiley, that I I don't really want to take myself or my kiddos anywhere else.

Always great service. My four boys love going and enjoy everyone in the office. I get to set in the waiting room and they are perfectly comfortable with everyone. My husband and I have had lots of dental problems throughout our life and this office by far has gone above and beyond to keep our teeth looking great and healthy!!

Excellent dental office! Having been a patient for 15 years, I have been seen by all 5 dentists and most of the hygienists. Most importantly is that the fun atmosphere and knowledgable and caring staff have succeeded in making my husband a regular patient. Due to a bad experience as a kid, going to the dentist was something he frequently put off. He was immediately comfortable at the first visit and has now continued to be a patient for the last 7 years. Thank you to the doctors and all the staff for making this such a great place to be a patient at!

I went to the dentist because of an appointment I had. I was sent an email that told me my appointment was at 11 am on 12/07/2020. The appointment was on 12/8/2020 instead. But because I was there, they took me in when they had a slot opening. I appreciate Family Implant and dentistry for doing that so I would not have to come back the next day.
