I wasn't pleased with the cleaning they did on my teeth for starters. Then they canceled my appointment (which was made about 3 weeks prior), because they say I didn't confirm even though I never canceled it AND I had already adjusted my work schedule to accommodate my appointment. I will never go back & will tell everyone about my NEGATIVE experience. I will say the office is huge & MOST of the staff is friendly.

Keith & associates staff is wonderful! Made my visit so comfortable and accommodating. Office is modern and nicely decorated. Front desk and hygenist are great! I highly recommend them!

Kathleen did a great job of checking in with me throughout my appointment as I have some dental anxiety. I was able to pick a tv show to watch during my appointment and use the chair massager. Whenever Kathleen could tell I was feeling sensitivity, she paused to make sure I was doing okay. She was very kind explaining the importance of home care to help with my dental health. Dr. Alicia did a great job explaining my treatment plan and why I needed the treatment. I feel confident scheduling my treatment that I will be treated with kindness and patience!

clients of Keith and Associates for many years. There is no better dentistry group in the KC area as far as we are concerned. All staff are professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. Professional staff are highly skilled; knowledgeable; and proficient in current diagnostics and treatments. I have regular checkups and cleanings, and am delighted with my hygienist. She is competent, thorough, empathic, helpful and patient with unique difficulties I have that can complicate even routine cleanings.
