I was impressed. Dental hygienist was excellent, personable, down to earth and helped me understand everything. She’s a good employee. Keep her around. The doctor (can’t remember her name but she is of Asian Indian heritage) was beyond excellent. Thorough yet her feet were planted on the ground. So glad I found this dental office. I’ll be back

Love their new place!! Just the best. Warm customer service, everyone is helpful and skilled!! Their new updated office space has tea, coffee, water and lots of room to sit and be comfy while you wait. It’s on the third floor!!

I had the best experience with Keith and Associates, specifically Dr. Alicia Ates! I have gotten a filling and crown with Dr. Ates and both experiences were so easy and comfortable - despite the blinding tooth ache! I would trust her, and her team, with anything - it's clear they prioritize patient care, while still delivering the best service I could have asked for. I would highly recommend Dr. Ates to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Just had a cleaning but like always it was great. Almost no waiting Jenny did a great job explained everything the Dr was quick. No pain In and out in 40 minutes. Great

Was in the office for crown and filling. Same day evening called to emergency line because cant open my mouth while eating + pain in the jaw(assuming pain is normal after such intervention). Was suggested to take Ibuprofen + Tylenol. Was followed up next morning with doc, brought up pain concern again and was suggested to get just Ibuprofen. After a week on Ibuprofen came to the office again on Monday. Doc said it's root canal and suggested another doctor in different clinic (which is not in my network). Now I cant chew on my right side of jaw (without ibuprofen), cant get cold or hot food/drinks and I'm looking for a another dentist to fix the issue.
But front desk is good though. Everyone is very polite and nice. If you looking for a nice front desk I would suggest Keith + Associates. If you looking for a dentist who can do root canal go somewhere else.

Over 15 years of great honest service. Another appt yesterday and I was very happy to see the improved location. Amy, of course, the best hygienist I have been to, very thorough and really explains in detail what's going on. I am not one to leave reviews however in this case five stars all the way, especially the service and of course Amy being a wonderful hygienist keeps me as patient.... great job to all of them....
Update, still satisfied with this practice. All new people, equipment and office. Stiil great service. 👍

Although I was only scheduled for a teeth cleaning today I had a root canal and they were willing to stay late and fill my tooth on the spot I really appreciate it I feel so much better now that I had the tooth repaired and I only had to make one visit thank you Keith and associates!
