I know several people who go here and love it, so I finally made an appointment for myself. I just wish I'd done it sooner - so impressed by my experience there! Making an appointment online was easy, I hadn't even sat down yet in the waiting room when the hygienist came to get me, all of their staff was wonderful and the equipment was very high tech. I have been a client of Keith and Associates for many years. I have always enjoyed the practice and the relationship with my dentist. Now I find them to be efficient, however since they have enlarged the practice and taken on an entire floor of the building, I am beginning to feel more like I am in a dental factory. Pricing has increased and it is always suggested to get additional preventive this and that. I haven’t even seen a dentist in my last 2 visits. Always before, after a cleaning, my long term dentist (Don Keith), would stop by, do a quick check and say hello. Now, even if I see a dentist, it is always someone different. No relationship, only feeling like a number now.
When making my last appointment I specifically specified that I wanted to visit with Don before he retired. When checking out, I told the girl at the desk that I had made my appointment for that reason and didn’t see him. She simply ignored my comment, saying he was not the doctor doing dental checks that day. Sometimes bigger isn’t really better. My suggestion would to be for them to add a little more heart back in the practice.
