Dr. Sheth did an amazing job with my filling. I was nervous, he was precise and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and it was pain-free. I have been going to do this facility for a while, he is one of their best
Today I had a wonderful experience getting a crown with Dr. Sheth and Kassie. They were professional and thorough. Front staff always helpful and kind.

I didn’t realize how good Olathe Smiles is until I moved and tried another dentist. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and good at what they do and they have great technology. I’m going to continue using Olathe Smiles even though it’s a much longer drive for me - worth it!

The quality of dental care I received was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Fechner and Mashaia, they were gentle and were able to resolve my dental issues in a timely manner. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the clinic. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, and passive aggressive behavior I received from other employees. I feel unheard and mishandled. I think there are some office practices that need to be re-revaluated along with some patient sensitivity training.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. The office is also very clean and well kept. The X-ray technicians, hygienists, and dentists are very knowledgeable and kind. Getting dental work done can be scary and stressful but they do a wonderful job of putting me at ease and also of explaining my options and cost of work being done. I greatly appreciate their expertise and their kindness!

I recently switched to this dental office and my only regret is not switching earlier. I've since had a gum procedure with Dr. Rodriguez who was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I've also had a routine cleaning with Abby who did a phenomenal job and I left feeling like I had brand new teeth. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors have been top notch. I highly recommend this practice.

Brandy the lady at the desk is totally amazing. Love going to this place just because of her!! I had a cracked tooth that caused me so much pain, got it pulled no more pain. The dental staff is amazing and the doctors are so nice as well.

My 16 year old had an accident at volleyball, her front tooth was pushed back and we were devastated. I called at 4:30 as they were leaving, Dr Fechner had us come straight in, stayed late, and did an awesome job putting it back in place and splinting it. So grateful for their time and for putting us at ease. We highly recommend Dr. Fechner and his staff.
