We were repeatedly overcharged for services and had our insurance get involved to get refunded. Be prepared for possible up-sell, ask lots of questions, and don't sign anything unless you are 100% sure of what it will cost you after. Unhappy with results of work and experience. That's just my experience, others may be different. I suggest you shop around with personal reviews from people you know and trust before making any decisions about your healthcare.

I'm always impressed with how quickly I can get in for an appointment at Olathe Smiles, and it seems like they're always running on schedule. Dr. Fechner is friendly and has a way of putting you at ease. The office staff is also amazing. I highly recommend Olathe Smiles and Dr. Fechner in particular.

It's taken a long time to find a Dentist and dental office I can trust. Dr Rawalt was fantastic and the office staff was just as good. If your looking for someplace to help you with your dental problems, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. They were able to fill in my cavity right away as well as do some cosmetic work on my teeth free of charge! Overall great experience!

I have had a couple awesome situations here, but today- I had an emergency situation that couldn't be taken care of on a Saturday. I called into the emergency line and they were able to get the Dr on the line. She got me meds and instructions to carry me through the weekend so I can get fixed up when theyre open. I will never take my family anywhere else.
