I really appreciated the staff here. I called yesterday to make an appointment. I broke a tooth and could tell there was an infection as my face began to swell and was warm. They got me in today at 10:30am By 12:30pm I was in my car, tooth pulled, visit done and my antibiotic was sent to the pharmacy to pick up. I will definitely be back in the future.

I've spent years trying to get my teeth deep cleaned but was always quoted a price beyond my means. Even with insurance footing the bill for most of it they all wanted several hundreds of dollars. Needless to say I was skeptical when I walked in. I expected to be told the same thing as other places. I was shocked when they told me my copay. I nearly cried because I can actually afford to get it done. Everyone in that office was exceptionally helpful and caring. I walked out very happy.

I love this dental office! They have the best staff all the way around! They make me feel comfortable and I know exactly what I’m getting. They do an excellent job on my teeth every time I come in. Now that I finally found a great dental office, that doesn’t cost me a fortune, that has great staff and doesn’t leave me cringing and gripping the chair the entire appointment... I’m ready to get a healthy, white smile and keep it that way! Thank you so much Olathe South Dentistry!! Keep up the amazing work!

I had a lot of anxiety going to go in to get a root canal and a crown on a molar and honestly after the whole experience was over I would say the pain was only 2/10 The shots to get you numb was the worst part and honestly that was a piece of cake in hindsight. My dentist was completely amazing and made me feel at ease from the time I came into the time I left. I won’t be so anxious next time I need dental work because of the way I was treated here. I have been going to this place for over a year now. The first time I went there Dr. Jackson did a good job. They only have one dental hygienist so the dentist tend to do the cleaning so sometimes the wait is long.
The reason I am giving them a 2 stars is due to the lack of organization. I was scheduled for an Invisalign consult and when I showed up they told me my appointment most had been lost. I let that go since that happens but now I am battling them to get a claim pay. They said if my insurance does not pay them it will be my responsibility. Clearly I have the benefit and they have bill before for the same service. I was told by the manager that billing is a courtesy they do for the customers and as far as I was aware that was the billing department responsibility. It is really frustrating having to call my insurance and then calling them and waiting a month to hear back to tell me again to call them again when they can call it themselves. Now I have less then one month to get that figure out when my service was performed in December. I called my provider and they call them to solve the problem and I learned they have not updated the address they were sending the claims. If you have time to deal with them and insurance this is your place.

My first time at Olathe South Dentisty. I found them friendly and easy going to interact with. The dentist and all involved were thorough, friendly and efficient.

Alaina cleaned my teeth today and it was the best cleaning I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone. Great office.

Dr. Rawalt is incredible. Can't recommend her highly enough. She's ridiculously fast but also careful. The support staff is terrific, too.

I can’t believe how friendly and accommodating this team is! The office is clean, the staff outgoing, and the doctors are professional with a heart. While I don’t know everyone’s name I can tell you BRANDY at the front desk has a wonderful personality and gets her job done efficiently and keeps you on point. JASMINE (in the offices) is comforting and light hearted, she’ll put your mind at ease while you wait for extractions. YES! I had a great experience having 3 teeth pulled! Beat that! The team as a whole is wonderful, just wish they were around years ago!

My time with this dentistry was ever bit of the five star experience you would hope for. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and just all around amazing. The Dr. went over everything thoroughly and left you with a sense of comfort knowing that whatever you needed would be done and done well. I can't express my gratitude enough in a few short sentences. But for anyone reading these reviews before visiting this office, rest assured there is no better place to go for your dental needs here in Olathe. I have been to several other dentists before finding Olathe South Dentistry and none of them compared to this one in quality. Thank you Olathe South Dentistry for being that five star experience.
