I have been coming to this dental office for about two years now. On my first visit, the doctor recommended that I get the scaling done, come to cleanings every 3 months, and some other work that needed to be done. The office manager sat me down and gave me precise information on what needed to be done sooner rather than later and how much it all would cost.
I have been seeing Alayna for my 3 month cleanings. I can honestly say that I have never had anyone in the medical profession treat with me the dignity and respect that Alayna does. When I first saw Alayna, I explained that I had been battling severe depression for months, and taking care of my teeth was my last priority. Over time, she gave me manageable, obtainable goals for our next visits. Her caring approach to my health literally changed my life. My teeth are in MUCH better shape now, and I am developing habits to implement to improve my health.
Every single staff member I have met at Olathe South has gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are asked and that I feel comfortable.
I NEVER thought I would say that I "look forward" to going to the dentist, but this office really does make me feel extremely welcome.
