Olathe West Dentistry

I have been a patient at Olathe West for a while now. You will NEVER have a better experience at a dental practice. The front desk people, hygienists, dental assistants and dentists are all top tier. They are very knowledgeable and patient, especially if you have a lot of questions or are nervous about certain procedures. Super grateful for them!

I am super nervous about dentists based on past experience. I went to the good folks here and they made feel completely at ease and spent the time to explain options and answered all my questions. They handled stuff with my insurance better than any DR office I have ever been in. Dr Robert Fechner did a great job and is a great human. Tran did a great job making me feel at ease as well...as well as the office staff. I didnt catch her name but the very kind lady who helped with the insurance was very good.

Great dentist experience! My old dentist office couldn’t fit me in for a cleaning until 8 months out so I decided to transfer my dental care. Dr. Fechner was professional and personable. He addressed my concerns and came up with a plan to tackle any issues. I really appreciate the transparency. The dental assistances were friendly and funny, making the X-ray process a breeze. The financial team explained my benefits and coverage to me so I know what to expect and don’t have any surprises. All in all, great experience.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and well organized. I have a fear of dentist and cannot speak highly enough about my appointment. I was honest with the doctor about past experiences with dentists. Dr. Stacie Frechner explained everything she was doing, checked on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Frechner and her assistant Jade educated me about my exam findings and the plan moving forward. I felt heard, respected and NOT judged. My kids go over to the pediatric practice and have had great experiences as well. You cannot go wrong!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Olathe West Dentistry. I had complex dental repairs that needed to be performed and Dr Anstead Fechner and her team were professional, thorough, compassionate and efficient. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the administrator that handles finances, the technicians, hygienists and doctor were amazing, and I truly can't thank them enough for their work.

Our daughter had her first visit with Dr. Chidsey. She was very thorough, friendly, and detailed. You can see her passion in her work! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Could not ask for a better experience for her first visit and will be back. Thank you so much!

Great experience today! Analiyah was extremely helpful and educational. She helped to minimize my anxiety that I always feel when coming to the dentist! I appreciate her time and attention to all of my questions.

Just got done with one half of my deep cleaning. Painless process in fact was cat napping in the process. Dr zheng wonderful and her assistant. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The dentists and staff have always demonstrated high professionalism and provided the best care to my family. I’m happy we found such a great team.

I have only had positive experiences at this office. From the ladies up at the front to the dental assistants in the back, I have felt comfortable and respected here. I've always been very consistent with my dental visits, and my cleanings with Tran have been honestly the best cleanings I've ever received. My exam with Dr. Fechner was extremely thorough, and it made me feel like I haven't been well taken care of at previous offices where I've been a patient. I know for a fact I've found my new dental 'home'! I will definitely be sending my friends and family here. I'd give this office a 10/10 if I could!
