Had pain from infection. I went a couple days trying to wait until Monday morning. Couldn't take it any longer and called The office at 11 PM on a Saturday. Sophia from Dr Roberts office answered was very kind and concerned. Dr Roberts called immediately. GotGota prescription to help relieve pain. I got in first thing Sunday morning for treatment and X-ray. Dr Roberts had to refer me for further treatment and I want able have that taken care of the same day as well. Dr Roberts contacted me later that day for followup and was Genuinely concerned with how was doing. Top notch. Really appreciate the fast response.

My family has given this business years upon years of business. I returned to this office after being away for many years after experiencing trauma at a dentists office in Olathe off 151st and Blackbob. Dr. Gloria Roberts only wanted to talk about what was going on in my life instead of address my teeth and an inability to chew on my left side. She notated that my bite needed an adjustment but refused to perform work on me. The office charged me $150.00 for nothing basically. I highly advise going elsewhere if you want legitimate work completed.
