I would have given more stars if I wasn't harassed for a co payment that my insurance said I shouldn't have. This woman is Very rude and unprofessional. If she would have spoken with me instead of at me and with respect, maybe just maybe I would have given more stars!

I woke up this morning with a swollen face and in a extreme amount of pain, i scheduled an appointment with image dentistry for 4 pm. I got a phone call as I was on my way to my appointment that my grandma had passed away, when it rains ot pours. My appointment was at 4, I spoke with them at 410 and they told me they would consider my appointment a no call no show and would not re schedule with me. The women I talked to was extremely rude, and lacked empathy in every way.
