Went in as a new patient just to get a general teeth cleaning just before New Year. In fact, I called and set up the appointment specifically for that. After X-Rays, my teeth were inspected and I was told I needed a deep cleaning that consisted of numbing shots, along with cavaties filled, and that I'd need to setup multiple appointments. In the end, they actually refused to give me the simple general cleaning that I wanted, which I thought was ridiculous.
Seems like most dentist nowadays try to get you with the upsell. Plus, I saw that they charged my insurance over $250 just for the x-rays and inspection. All I wanted was an end of the year teeth cleaning. Very disappointing. The staff were nice though, and the facility was very clean and orderly, but I won't be going back.

Always pleased with the gentle care Dr. Walter provides. I have childhood "trauma" from dentists that still sneaks up during appointments. She makes me feel comfortable and is very patient with me. She is the absolute best at giving shots, they never hurt! I would 100% recommend her to anyone! She's definitely 5 star!!
