I love going here! I went for a cleaning and consultation and they were so friendly and nice! Answered any questions I had. When my son went in for his cleaning, they made him feel so comfortable and made sure to show him all the tools and let him hold them before they did anything. He loved them! Highly recommend :)

When I went to make my appointment they originally would not let me do 11:00 a.m. on a day that I had already taken off work for another appointment. My goal was to make that appointment and my dentist appointment on the same day so I wasn't having to take more days off of work. But the receptionist wanted me to choose a day that had an appointment first thing in the morning because, in her words, she wasn't sure how long I would be there to complete the work I needed. So I had to take another day off of work. I ended up only being there less than 2 hours and only accomplished them taking x-rays and doing a cleaning. Absolutely no actual work was done and they refused to fill any cavities until I saw an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. I am extremely frustrated that I took a whole day off of work for nothing. I have a couple cavities causing me pain and they wouldn't do anything about it. Then on top of that, they wanted to have me purchase a toothpaste from them to build up my enamel. I asked if it had a specific ingredient in it that I get sores from. They said no. Get home and look, it does have that ingredient. While they were kind as far as comfort measures, I left with the vibe that they like to squeeze money out of you any way they can and while doing the least work possible. I will not be returning.

Dr Howard and his Staff are always very professional and friendly. They remember you from visit to visit and take an interest in what going on in their patients lives. The m going through a very complex procedure right now and they take great pains to make you feel at ease and explain exactly what’s going on. I had a temporary appliance made by Dr Howard and the specialist I had to see was very impressed with the quality of the appliance. I highly recommend Dr Howard’s practice.

Dr. Howard and his staff are friendly and professional, the office is clean and comfortable. I've never had a long wait to be seen. Any procedure I've needed to have done has been well explained in layman's terms so I can understand what is needed and why. I feel lucky to have this kind of service available in our small town without a long drive to the Kansas City area. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care.
