I took my 3 year old son to the Pittsburg location and Dr. Thomas was so kind and patient with him. Her assistant was fantastic and greeted him with a hug when he was feeling sad before his appointment to make him feel more comfortable. Dr Herron was in my network and I was charged my half of the cost of a crown. The problem began with the drilling It was unnerving and the tooth throbbed periodically for months. Staff suggested that I get a root canal somewhere else. At about 3 months I had the crown put on. I was then told that I owed over $450 more. I was misled, threatened, and ultimately extorted.
