I went here as a kid and when we moved back to the area I had to go back to him. I wanted to see my old X-rays from before I had braces he got upset with me but I did get to see them. I tried to make small talk and he wanted no part of it. He numbed the left side to do the filling, 4 times he numbed my mouth. He started to drill I jumped from the shock of being able to feel everything. I asked if he could numb it more he huffed gave me another numbing shot. Refused to stop drilling even though I was crying from the pain. I’m now 20, terrified to go see any dentist because of what he did. My filling is falling out, I can’t chew on that side without it hurting. I recommend finding another dentist to go to.

Great dentist. First time in my life I did not feel the injection. If I felt any pain he re-injected with no question. Sometimes you just have to speak up for yourself. He is the easiest doctor to get along with. No problems here!

I had to have a tooth pulled a few months ago and I had such bad anxiety, but everyone was so good to me and caring. I still felt my tooth a little bit so I told them and they numbed me up some more. I ended up not feeling a thing and everything went great!

THIS MAN SHOULD GET HIS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY! I went a year ago just for a filling, first of all he numbed me FOUR times ALL in the wrong spot! I FELT THE ENTIRE THING. I felt them drill into my tooth, add the filling everything. I'm no dentist but I know he didn't do it right! I still to this day can't even chew on that side of my mouth. A toothache at least every day..

Dr. Shinkle and his staff were wonderful on both visits I had. Donna did the best cleaning I have had in years, it had been way too long since my last cleaning. Anyone looking for a reasonable decent dentist should think of him.

Do not take your children here. He is a monster. I have heard so many horror stories. He basically tortured my niece and him and his nurses laughed the whole time.
