My wife went to get teeth pulled and dentures. She was told it would cost around $3,600. She asked them three times if they ran her insurance and was told that they had. We ended up finding a different dentist who charged my wife $1,200 for the exact same thing. When we called New Horizons to cancel her appointment there, we were asked why we were canceling. We brought up the price and were told that they never ran her insurance and that she was being charged also for a surgical procedure. They wanted us to come back to them, but we won't be going there ever again. Lord knows who else they just neglected to actually run their insurance for. 😳

Everybody is so nice here, they genuinely care about their patients and the families of their patients. They know you by name when you come in. By far, the best Dental office, dental care and all around experience I've had. They are wonderful with children and do their best to make everyone comfortable. My 4 kids actually like going to the dentist now, if you can believe it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and to anyone who may have had a bad dental experience. The doctors, hygienists, dental assistants and office personnel are all wonderful.

It had been sometime since i had been to the dentist and i was told i needed a deep cleaning, being an out of state college student i was worried about the price but they called my family insurance at the time and quoted me at just over 200 dollars broken into manageable payments. Months later i was contacted and told that my insurance denied them and that i owed over 500 additional dollars and their was nothing they could do. After having that much money squeezed from me i can say this place has no business being open when there's so many other choices in town.

My experience here was so much better than I anticipated. Just had a root canal and a temporary crown made and done. The ladies were very nice and were extremely accomadating. If I have further work done I will be coming back. Highly recommend coming to new horizons for your dental care!
