Had a emergency tooth ache and they didn’t have any openings for a few days but when I told them the pain was severe they worked to get me in. Georgia and her sister are two of the nicest, humblest ladies I’ve ever met. All around great staff and excellent customer service. The front desk also is fast and so helpful when doing billing. Will always be using new horizons from here out.

Worst experience ever at the dentist office! Went in for a cleaning and came out 2 teeth less than what I went in with. The dentist admitted that he made a mistake but guess what, doesn’t matter now, can’t replace what he took. Will never go back or give any recommendation to any of the offices they own, which is almost all in Salina. Office staff extremely pushy and rude. All around terrible!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and professional.! I have never liked going to the dentist in the past because I had so many bad experiences. Dr. Guy is the best dentist I have ever been to! I drive an hour and a half to go see him. I would totally recommend him and this office! You won't be sorry!

I highly recommend New Horizon Dental!!! I had a bad experience with a local dentist and called New Horizon Dental for a second opinion. They found infection in my bone that the other dentist had missed. I probably had it for several years and the infection did a lot of damage to my mouth. I'm 42 years old and was not excited about losing all my teeth. But Dr. Gross and the staff was very comforting and helped me see it was the best option for me. After taking antibiotics, Dr. Gross removed my teeth, cleaned out the infection, did bone grafting and set my posts for full mouth denture implants. After letting my gums heal and the posts set, I now have a brand new amazing smile!! I have dental anxiety, really bad!!! But the whole staff is amazing!!! Very compassionate!! I am very lucky and thankful to have gone to them for a second opinion!!! They have been very understanding, patient with me and the best you could ask for!!! I recommend not doing the implants in one day, like some places offer. Take the time and let you mouth heal properly. You will be glad you did, I promise!!! The wait is worth it and so it New Horizon Dental Care!!!
