New Horizons Dental Care

The whole staff have been extremely polite and very caring of our concerns and so easy to talk to. You are all a top notch dental office and I would not hesitate to share my experiences with anyone. Thank you!!

I hadn't been to the dentist for around 6 years and I was having bad tooth pain, my old regular dentist couldn't see me for a few weeks and I was just getting desperate. After calling several others and being turned away, I tried New Horizons as I'd seen their ads a number of times and to my surprise they told me to come right in. I was amazed when being examined and had no idea dentistry tech had advanced the way they had things. After getting x-rays Dr. Mo told me I needed a root canal and referred me to a specialist in that area and they told me when done with that to come back to be fitted with a crown. After my root canal I came back to New Horizons minutes later to set that up and they told me that if I had time they could set me up right then to take the measurements. Now that I have dental ins. I am able to catch up and am now undergoing a deep cleaning treatment. Very pleased with this place and the kindness of Dr's Mo and Lugalla and hygienist Maggie.

Can't say I would come back here, and I definitely can't say they are the best in salina because they are not. Even if you pay of your bill, if you miss a payment they will not let you back on a payment plan. Mind you thr bill was payed off. Not happy with results from them.

We moved to Salina from Arizona a year ago, and I had been looking for a dentist to suit my kids’ needs. I was so happy that the office gave us a quick visit because I thought my youngest had cavities- it goes to show they truly care about the well-being of their patients. The hygienist (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) was so patient and sweet with both boys, and she was explaining everything to help put them at ease. Dr. Rasynouvong was excellent with my oldest, very thorough, and helped him so he wouldn’t be so nervous and scared. We were able to create a plan that works for us to fix my son’s cavities. I’m giving it 4 stars because a different Dr saw my younger son since the first doctor was busy- but the second provider her name was Dr. Mo- came off a bit rude, and made me feel dumb because what I called cavities she said was “a chipped tooth”. I’m not a doctor, so therefore no I did not know those chips were not cavities, I saw something funny going on with the tooth so obviously as a mom I will be worried and imagine the worst. She didn’t do a thorough examination other than just looked in his mouth and confirmed a chipped tooth with an annoyed attitude. There was no plan explaining how we would move forward or if she was just going to let the tooth be so at this point I’m not sure what’s going on or if we are even going to treat this. Also, I’d like to add we had already been waiting for 1 hour for my oldest to finish his cleaning so my 2 year old was cranky and crying so I could understand if she was irritated and that my son wasn’t cooperating, but the bed side manners and the way she came off was completely different to the first Dr. I will stick with Dr. Rasynouvong from now. Other than that everyone was lovely, patient, kind and understanding. Thank you guys for working with my children!!

Great with kids. Nice people. They don't mess around and make you keep coming back to finally take care of a problem, they just get right on it. Also, great with making future family dental plans. All around great dentists.

I had a great experience here! I had a bad experience at the dentist when I was young, and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend going here for your dental needs!

My mouth was a hot mess. The people here make me feel very comfortable. No mouth shaming, like at my last dentist. After the thorough evaluation we came up with a plan. They make sure to make you comfortable and will adjust things so the pain is as low as possible. I am so glad I came here.

They are always kind. They never made me feel one ounce of shame for the way my teeth looked. They have always been willing to work with me. I still have the letter I got when I went to one of their free dinner functions, and it keeps me inspired to know I'm worth the time and money.
