Staff is always polite and professional. As long as you plan ahead you can get an appointment on the date/time which works for you. Not sure about urgent appointments, never needed it. Dr. Nguyen is great and I never feel as if they are trying to upsell me anything.

The Doctor was friendly as well. They are up to date on the latest best practices in dentistry, as I asked occasional questions about tools or processes I wasn't familiar with.
